CCTV footage of armed gang roaming around in night goes viral near Karumathampatti, four arrested

In a shocking incident, CCTV footage of a group of miscreants entering a residential area in Coimbatore at night with deadly weapons and looking at the houses there has gone viral on social media.



Coimbatore: Unidentified miscreants armed with deadly weapons attempted to commit burglary at the houses situated in remote areas in Karumathampatti, Sangothipalayam and Chellappampalayam areas of Coimbatore district.



They also climbed onto the roof of the house and tried to enter it, and made away with the mobile phones from a migrant worker.

Karumathampatti police have registered a case and are investigating the case.

In the meanwhile police have arrested four persons in connection with the incident and are investigating.
