Young woman disappears in mysterious circumstances from her home near Kinathukadavu

A young woman, who was alone at her house disappeared in Sankarayapuram area near Kinathukadavu. Police are tracing her whereabouts.


Coimbatore: Selvaraj hails from Sankarayapuram near Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district. He had been raising his sister Sakuntala's eldest daughter Malathi under his tutelage from a young age.

Meanwhile, Selvaraj and his wife Kausalya, who had gone to Pollachi on the evening of the December 3 returned to find Malathi, not at home.

Selvaraj lodged a complaint with the Kinathukadavu police station last evening as Malathi’s whereabouts could not be traced despite searching at several places.

Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case and are on the lookout for Malathi, who went missing.
