G Sandeesh assumes charge as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore (North)

G. Sandeesh, who hails from Hyderabad, was serving as Additional SP of Thoothukudi (Suburban) and has since been promoted to the rank of SP and has taken over as Deputy Commissioner of Coimbatore (North) in the City Police Commissionerate.



Coimbatore: G Sandeesh (28) has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Coimbatore (North). Hailing from Hyderabad, Sandheesh is a Mechanical engineer by training. He has joined the IPS in 2018.

Mathivanan, who is the Deputy Commissioner of Traffic in Coimbatore city Police, who was holding the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner( North) till now has been relieved of the post.

Sandeesh, who was serving as additional SP of Thoothukudi Suburban, has since been promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police ( SP) and has taken over as DC of Coimbatore city.
