The meeting discussed party-related security arrangements and setting up of a DMK office in Coimbatore district, along with plans to accord a warm welcome to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M K Stalin who is due to arrive at Coimbatore airport on Thursday. The CM will participate in Government and DMK party programs in Tirupur, Erode and Dindigul districts.
Coimbatore: The DMK working committee meeting was held at a private hotel on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the Electricity and Prohibition And Excise Minister, Senthil Balaji.

The CM will participate in Government and DMK party programs in Tirupur, Erode and Dindigul districts.
Coimbatore district DMK Secretaries N Karthik, Ravi, Thalapathy Murugesan and others took the lead at the meeting while Coimbatore Corporation Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar was also present on behalf of the party.
It is to be noted that more than 300 office bearers of Coimbatore district, town, area, union and Perur corporation participated in the meeting.
