Month long drive to enumerate new voters on till July 31 targeting youth.

The month-long drive to enumerate new voters is being conducted in the district and new voters who have completed 18 years of age is being targeted to add them to the electoral roll said District collector T.N.Hariharan.



The ongoing drive would be held till July 31 and services such as addition of names, deletion, and correction of names would be carried out during the drive, which will be held in polling booths, taluk offices, corporation zonal offices and Municipal offices.

The deletion of names could be effected by getting death certificates issued by the respective local body and submitting it to the booth level officer.

The public can also access www.election.tn.gov.in to avail the above mentioned services said a press communique issued by the District collector T.N.Hariharan.
