Filing Nominations for TN Assembly Elections 2021 to begin tomorrow in Coimbatore

Since Saturday'sand Sunday'sare holidays, the nominations will be reviewed on 20th March.


Coimbatore: Election drama has already began in Coimbatore and across Tamilnadu ahead of the state assembly elections on April 6th. As a part of that nominations can be filled at the resistive constituency from tomorrow till 19th March.

Since Saturday'sand Sunday'sare holidays, the nominations will be reviewed on 20th March.

Nominations can be filed from 11amin the morning to 3pmin the afternoon at the respective Election Officer at each constituency. Only 2 members will be allowed inside the election office. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed after 100 meters next to the Election Office.

Candidates belonging to the general category are requested to pay to 10,000 rupees and candidates from scheduled category are requested to pay rupees 5,000 in cash or cheque.

Since the nominations are to be filed from tomorrow, the preparation works are undertaken by the officials across constituencies.
