Coimbatore: With the complete lockdown in effect from April 26 to 29 in Coimbatore, the District Collector has informed that no regular passes will be issued to travel.

Coimbatore: With the complete lockdown in effect from April 26 to 29 in Coimbatore, the District Collector has informed that no regular passes will be issued to travel. 

He further noted that for emergencies, people can apply e-pass through the website. 

In Salem and Tirupur corporations, the total lockdown will be in effect between 6 AM on April 26 to 9 PM on April 28. The total lockdown in Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai corporations will be from 6 AM on April 26 till 9 PM on April 29. 

Only certain essential services would be allowed, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister said in a statement on Friday.
