Coimbatore: The inaugural function of the Association of the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Kaniyur Park College of Engineering and Technology was held on the 5th and 6th of May 2022.
Dr. Rangasamy, former Director, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore graced the occasion as the Special Guest. In his inaugural address, the head of the College, Dr. Mohan Kumar, spoke on the "development of the agricultural sector in modern times".

Following this, Professor Sridhar of Hindustan College of Engineering gave a speech on the "Mechanical and Modern Processors". Following this, Professor Rajkumar of RVS College of Engineering gave a speech on "The Role of Food Processing and Nutrition and Its Need".
Then, Scientist Ph.D., Balasubramanian, from the Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering spoke on the “current problems in the agricultural sector and how we can use modern equipment to eliminate themâ€.
After a tree-planting ceremony on the college campus, the ceremony came to a close.
