Coimbatore: In the new list of best colleges published by 'India Today,' 'Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Sciences' located at Coimbatore Nava India has topped in Coimbatore district.
Sree Ramakrishna College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses affiliated to Bharathiar University and operates with the 'A Plus' grade and 'autonomous status' of the National Standards Committee. The courses offered int his college are B.Com., B.Com. Accounting, B.Com Computer Applications, B.Com. Information Technology, B.Com. International Business, B.Com. CA, B.Com. Business Process Services, B.Com. Banking and Insurance, B.Com. Corporate Secretariat, B.Com. Cost and Management Accounting, B.Com. Retail Marketing, B.Sc. Electronics and Communication Systems, B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Mathematics and Computer Applications, B.Sc. Physics, B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Sc. Biotechnology, B.Sc. Food Science and Accommodation Management, BCA, BCA Integrated with Google, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Computer Science IBM., B.Sc. Information Technology, B.Sc. Computer Science Cognitive Systems and DCS, B.A. English Literature, B.B.A., B.B.A. There are 27 undergraduate courses in Computer Applications being offered at the college.
MBA, M.Sc. postgraduate courses offered at the college are recognized by All India Council of Technology Electronics and Communication System, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Information Technology, M.A. English Literature, MSW, MS Accounting and Computer Applications. There are also nine postgraduate courses in International Business.

Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Sciences has been ranked first among the colleges in Coimbatore district in terms of course and management course and has also secured all-India rankings for its courses. It ranks 51st at the All India level in Science courses, 24th in All India level in BCA, and 74th in All India level in Commerce category. Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Sciences also ranks 48th in the All India Level in Arts.
