Coimbatore: Coimbatore District Collector, Kranthi Kumar Pati inaugurated the 'Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Trophy 2022-2023' on Tuesday at the Karpagam College premises. The games are scheduled to be held from February 14 to 28.
The Coimbatore Superintendent of Police, V Badrinarayanan, Coimbatore Corporation Mayor A Kalpana and other Government representatives were part of the inaugural ceremony.

On Tuesday, under the school category, District-level Handball matches for girls and District-level Kabaddi matches were held at the Karpagam College campus.
During the occasion, the Coimbatore District Collector also played handball along with the players just to encourage the players.
Silambam, Football, Swimming, Badminton, Tennis, Table Tennis, Cricket and Athletic events will be held on the respective dates.
