Space rock christened E.S. may collide with earth and cause damage

Scientists from China have warned the possibility of a space rock colliding with the earth. Scientists have also stated that in the impact of this collision will emit energy that is equal to the power 300 nuclear bomb explosions. These scientists say, will pose a great danger to earth. Scientists have also stated that the timing of the collision could not be predicted. Currently, a space rock named as E.S. is orbiting our solar system. The space rock measures about 15-kilometers in length. This space rock may alter its direction and it will enter the earth’s orbit. There is a possibility of this rock hitting the earth and causing damage.

There are many rocks in space. When the rocks enter our planet, the gravitational force of our atmosphere pulls them towards the earth. These rocks will start burning once they enter the atmosphere and they will be completely burnt even before they hit the earth's surface due to their small size.
