Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar inaugurated a new classroom building and development projects totaling ₹21.00 lakhs under the state plan funds at Kandasamy Nagar Municipal Primary School, in Ward No. 4 of North Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: In a significant development for educational facilities in Coimbatore, Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar kickstarted the construction of an additional classroom building and various development initiatives at the Kandasamy Nagar Municipal Primary School today, June 24, 2024. Located in Ward No. 4 of the city's northern district, the initiatives are being funded through a substantial state plan allocation of ₹21.00 lakhs.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by notable local leaders including North Zone Chairman Ve. Kathirvel, Council Member Kathirvelusamy, Zone Secretary Rangasamy, along with other organizational leaders and municipal officials.

This new infrastructure is expected to enhance the learning environment for students by providing additional space and updated facilities, thereby positively impacting the educational standards at the Kandasamy Nagar Municipal Primary School.
