Traffic Police Repairs Deteriorated Roads in Coimbatore Amid Heavy Rainfall

In Coimbatore, Traffic Police Tamilselvan repaired the deteriorated roads, filled with potholes, providing a temporary relief to daily commuters. The effort has gained significant appreciation online.


Coimbatore: Amidst the incessant rainfall over the past week which has severely damaged the roads in various parts of Coimbatore, the local traffic police have taken commendable steps to address the issue. The Variety Hall Road, a crucial route leading to the railway station, had become particularly problematic, displaying numerous potholes that made commuting a nightmare for vehicle owners.



Responding to the dire situation, Traffic Police officer Tamilselvan took initiative by using nearby gravel to temporarily fix the potholed parts of the road. This temporary measure has greatly eased the traffic snarls and made commuting less hazardous.




This proactive initiative by the traffic police highlights the urgent need for more permanent solutions to address the city's road conditions, particularly during the monsoon seasons when the damage is most pronounced.
