Yi Coimbatore Chapter gets Best Chapter 2015 Award

Yi Coimbatore chapter has received the Best Chapter 2016 award for excelling in all verticals of Yi like youth leadership and nation building.

Yi Coimbatore also awards for Excellence in Financial Management and Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

A release from Yi Coimbatore chapter stated that the awards were given away at the Yi National Summit that was held in the capital recently. Swathy Rohit, Immediate Past Chair, Yi Coimbatore, P.B. Balaji, Chair, Yi Coimbatore, S. Prasanna Krishna, Co-Chair, Yi Coimbatore, received the awards from Sanjay Reddy, the Founding Chair, Young Indians and the Chairman, GVK Group.

Yi is an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CM), a non-government, not-for-profit, industry led and industry managed organisation, playing a proactive role in India's development
process. Yi was formed in 2002 with an objective of creating a platform for young Indians to realise the dream of a developed nation.

Yi has over 2,300 members from 38 chapters across the country and engages over 10,000 students from 110 institutions through YUVA. Yi Coimbatore chapter is the largest chapter in the country with
over 180 members.
