YI Yuva and Shankar IAS Academy join hands to host event for college students in Coimbatore

Winners of the event will get an opportunity to travel with the Collector/ Police Commissioner/ Corporation Commissioner for a day, with scholarships provided for all participants.


Coimbatore: As part of the 15th edition of Coimbatore Vizha, YI Yuva and Shankar IAS Academy, Coimbatore conducted an event for college students titled 'Become One-day Collector/ Police Commissioner/Corporation Commissioner.'

The event was launched on January 5 by the Coimbatore District Collector, Dr. G S Sameeran, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Commissioner, M Prathap and the City Police Commissioner, V Balakrishnan.



To participate in this event, students were asked to present a PPT on solutions for challenges faced by the Collector/ Police Commissioner/ Corporation Commissioner. The last date of uploading the PPT will be January 19, with themes given by Shankar IAS Academy, Coimbatore.
