Pollachi taluk free of corona virus infection after two years

The number of corona virus victims has been increasing in Pollachi since 2020. Over the past month, health officials have been working to prevent the spread of the disease. No infections were reported today in Pollachi South Union and North Union according to health officials.


Coimbatore: Cases of corona virus infection continue to be reported from various parts across in India. The incidence of corona virus in Tamil Nadu continued to increase.

Coimbatore district in particular reported the highest number of people affected by the corona virus. However, according to reports, the state and the city in particular are reporting a slump in number of corona virus cases. Currently the number of corona virus cases are gradually declining. The number of people diagnosed with corona virus has been increasing in Pollachi since 2020. Over the past month, health officials have been working to prevent the spread of the disease. Following this, all the schools and colleges started functioning.

According to reports, no people are infected with the virus in Pollachi South Union and North Union today, health officials said. The news has brought some comfort to the general public.
