Pollachi: As the spread of corona epidemic is on the rise, people are flocking to Pollachi PHC’s to get vaccinated. A vaccination center was besieged today by the public due to shortage of vaccines.

Central and state governments are raising awareness among the public to get the coronavirus vaccine in the context of the rapidly spreading pandemic in Tamil Nadu. As the death toll due to the recent corona epidemic has been on the rise, the frightened public are now flocking to get vaccinated.

Pollachi Nachimuthu Maternity Hospital was scheduled to vaccinate the public today. In this situation, a large number of people arrived at the vaccination center early this morning. With only about 1000 vaccines being given, the public, outraged by the repatriation of the rest, besieged the Corona vaccination center and engaged in a struggle.

The police were talking to those who were involved in the struggle and dissolved the meeting. Commenting on this, the public said, "The reason for this meeting is that the authorities did not issue a formal notice on the vaccine. Such problems can only be solved if each area is selected and vaccinated against the arrival of the vaccine."
