62 people confirmed with Covid-19 in Kinathukadavu: 60 people with symptoms examined at fever camp


Coimbatore: The second wave of coronavirus infection is on the rise in Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore district. As of May 20, 1,136 people had been diagnosed with coronavirus in the Kinathukadavu area, and 62 new cases have been confirmed, according to the health department. As a result, the total number of coronavirus infections in the Kinathukadavu area has risen from 1,136 to 1,198, according to the health department.

Fever Camp

While various efforts are being made on behalf of the health department to reduce the impact of the infection, a fever camp is being conducted to diagnose those with symptoms early. Fever camp was held todayin Kinathukadavu taluk area and areas with high number of coronavirus infection in Kattampatti and Dasanaickenpalayam. About 60 people with coronavirus symptoms were tested at the clinic, according to the Department of Health.

Doctors have insisted that those who have been tested for coronavirus should be isolated until the results come out.
