Health Department Officials conduct fever testing camp in Immidipalayam, Coimbatore

Covid-19 infection is on the rise in Kinathukadavu and other areas in Coimbatore district.


Coimbatore: Covid-19 infection is on the rise in Kinathukadavu and other areas in Coimbatore district.

Because of this, health department officials are now involved in testing people by organising fever camp across village areas.



Accordingly, fever camps were conducted in the villages of Immidipalayam and Nallandipalayam in Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore. Organised under the leadership of Doctor Arun Prakash from Primary Health Centre, the camp tested people who had symptoms like cold and fever.

Doctors in the camp then sent people who had Covid-19 symptoms to the Primary Health Centre and took a Covid-19 test for them.
