Stinking sewer at the entrance of Coimbatore GH causes inconvenience to public and patients

In this situation, due to the large amount of sewage water out there today, it was impossible to walk there.

Coimbatore: Public and patients visiting the Coimbatore Government Hospital are inconvenienced right at the entrance by the stagnant sewage at the Government Hospital premises.

It is said that the hospital management did not notice the sewage water for the last few days even after the allegations about leaking.

In this situation, due to the large amount of sewage water out there today, it was impossible to walk there. This caused great inconvenience to the patients and the visitors who came to see the patients.

A temporary walkway has been set up following public complaints, but the public has demanded that the stagnant sewer should be repaired immediately as it stinks and can be a breeding ground for mosquitoes which have the risk of spreading an infection.
