Coimbatore: Valparai in Coimbatore District is witnessing a rapid surge of Covid-19 cases as a part of the second wave.

With more than 70 people affected by the virus so far, the Valparai Health Department is conducting inspections at various places in Valparai and are intensifying Covid-19 tests by setting-up medical camps.





Valparai Health Department Officials as a part of their preventive measures, distributed sanitizers and Kabasuga Drinking Water to the public near Valparai Post office, Municipality office, Old Bus stand, Gandhi Statue Bus stand, Stan Moore Junction and New Bus stand etc.

Officials said that the public are actively collecting Kabasuga Drinking Water.
