Isha to conduct live zoom yoga session exclusive for media professionals

No prior knowledge or practice of Yoga is required to take part in this webinar.


Coimbatore: Following the announcement of TN government that media personnel will be considered as frontline workers, Isha Foundation has stepped up to support them during the pandemic.

In appreciation and gratitude to media professionals risking their health and safety to report on the pandemic, Isha Foundation is offering specially designed Yogic practices to all members of media through a free webinar on Saturday 8th May 2021.

In a press release issued by Isha, it said " The 45-minute yoga session is designed to improve the immune system and will be conducted by Isha-trained Yoga instructor.

The webinar includes a simple 3-minute practice to boost immunity and strengthen the respiratory system and diet tips to boost immunity.

No prior knowledge or practice of Yoga is required to take part in this webinar. By practicing it regularly lung capacity can be enhanced, improved immunity and early detection of a respiratory problem.

The session is open to all media professionals and their families. We urge you to attend this session to equip your body and mind to create health and wellbeing from within." It said.
