Vaccination center which was functioning at Coimbatore Government Hospital shifted to Government Arts and Science College.
Coimbatore: Coronavirus vaccination has been intensified across the country due to the second wave. The vaccination center has been shifted to the Coimbatore Government College of Arts and Sciences to avoid crowds as the vaccination center was functioning at the Coimbatore Government Hospital.
The hospital has a Coronavirus treatment center, which has a large number of other patients. The vaccination center, which was functioning at the hospital, will be functioning at the Coimbatore Government College of Arts and Sciences from today. The hospital has announced that the vaccine will be given at the college in the coming days and will not be given at the Coimbatore Government Hospital.
Only the second dose of vaccination was given today on the first day. The public willingly came forward to take up the vaccines. As a precautionary measure, beds have been set up for those who have been vaccinated to rest, oxygen facilities for those in need, and tables to sit outside are also arranged.
