To save a life life of a two month old baby, Bharathsarathy an ambulance driver, volunteered to drive from Thanjavur to Coimbatore under 3 hours.
Coimbatore: Jeeva from Thanjavur Nachi Kottai area in Trichy is the father of a two month old boy Aaruran.
Aaruran's doctors from RK hospital Thanjavur found his heart swollen at an abnormal rate and advised that he must be performed a thoracic surgery immediately. Aaruran was then suggested to be brought to Kuppuswamy Naidu Hospital in Coimbatore for his surgery.
After the discussion, doctors decided to bring the 2 months old baby from Thanjavur to Coimbatore under a duration of 3 hours.
Discussions were made with the traffic police department and ambulance driver's association for the safe transport of the baby on road avoiding traffic blocks.

Ambulance driver Bharathsarathy volunteered to save the baby's life and agreed to drive the ambulance from Thanjavur to Coimbatore under a duration of just 3 hours.
After this decision, city police commissioners of Karur and Trichy cleared the roads in Trichy and Karur districts for the easy crossing of the ambulance.

Bharathsarathy, started the ambulance with Aaruran at 5.35 in the morning from RK hospital, Thanjavur and reached Kuppuswamy Naidu Hospital in Coimbatore at 8.20 AM.
Post the successful journey from Thanjavur, the kid is now admitted at the children's surgical department at the Kuppuswamy Naidu Hospital in Coimbatore. Doctors are now in the process of saving the baby's life.
Appreciation is pouring for the ambulance driver who risked his life to save the life of a baby. Members of the ambulance driver's association organised a prayer for the baby boy''s safe recovery.
