We should eat some of the superfoods every day to stay healthy. Many of us think that superfoods are organic and they are expensive. It is absolutely wrong. There is no necessity that every superfood has to be organic and expensive. However, some of the superfoods are expensive but maybe not organic. Hence, let us have a look to those amazing every day consuming superfoods which you should not miss. 

Spinach:

Spinach is the most nutritious food one can ever have. It is leafy and green. It has omega-3s and folate which are helpful to reduce any types of heart problems. It is even better than any other green vegetable. You may not but Folate helps in increases blood flow to the nether regions. So, try to consume 1 cup fresh spinach or 1/2 cup cooked per day.

Yoghurt:

Yoghurt is something super beneficial and eaten by almost every people. The best part of consuming yoghurt is it helps to boost the immunity system and provides prevention against cancer. But remember, all yoghurt is not probiotic. So, make sure if you are planning to buy the organic one then the label should be there. This label signifies that the yoghurt is probiotic. You have to aim for 1 cup of the calcium and protein-rich yoghurt in a day. 

Tomatoes:

Yes, tomatoes are superfoods. The red tomatoes are the best they have a lot of antioxidants. Processed tomatoes are just as potent as fresh ones. Tomatoes have antioxidant lycopene. This lycopene is great to decrease the risk of bladder, lung, prostate, skin, and stomach cancers. At least they are potential enough to control the cancerous cells. So, you have to aim for eight red tomatoes or a glass of tomato juice. This tomato will help you to get 22 mg of lycopene a day.

Carrots:

Carrots are great as a superfood. Its orangish colour contains carotenoids—fat-soluble compounds. This compound helps has an association with the reduction of some certain types of cancers. Moreover, it helps in reducing the risk and severity of inflammatory conditions. If you are having any type of injury inflammation then also carrots are good enough to treat.
