Swimming helps to bring the body in movement and supplies blood to the brain and all the organs, thus reducing the feeling of depression. You will feel quite relaxed and light headed after swimming for an hour.

Helps the body to respond to stress: Swimming in the cold water helps to activate the hormones of the body. It increases your blood pressure and also leads to the involvement of physical strength. As a result, you release stress and sweat from the body. Thus, swim for at least an hour in the cold water.
