If the frequent urination is accompanied by pain in the bladder, blood in the urine, urinary tract infection etc., then it is a matter of great concern and one must consult a doctor. There are some home remedies which help to get rid of the problem of frequent urination.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial and antifungal properties which make it one of the healthiest drinks. It helps to maintain the pH balance of the body as it contains natural minerals. So, add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey simultaneously. Add some water to it. Drink this solution twice a day.

Warm compress

Warm compress helps to provide relief to the nerves and muscles. It lessens the pain and prevents the problem of frequent urination.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt contains good bacteria and helps to keep the bladder healthy. It helps the bladder and the kidney to function properly. Try to consume natural yoghurt daily. Make sure you do not eat flavoured yoghurt as it contains artificial sweeteners.

Indian gooseberry

In order to stay healthy and fit, we need to eat Indian gooseberry. It contains vitamin C and kills the bladder infections. Take some amla juice and add some honey to it. Drink this mixture twice a day along with eating a banana.

Don’t restrict water intake

Many people think that limiting the water intake or fluids will prevent the problem of frequent urination. But this no true. Plan your fluid intake properly. Eat water in small cups and small quantity but all through the day. However, make sure we do not drink water much before the bed.
