Remedies for itchy feet: Home remedies to reduce the problem of itchy feet

This problem mostly occurs in feet and also in thumbnails. Tinea pedis is caused due to lack of moisture. The feet become itchy due to sweaty socks or to not properly dry the legs. If the precautionary measures are not taken on time then it turns into the blister. You can take help of some home remedies to get rid of the itching problem in the feet and these treatments do not cause any side effects. Remedies for itchy feet: Home remedies to treat itching feet.

- Salt

- Curd

- Vinegar

- Garlic

Salt

There are chemicals in the salt, which destroy the fungus of the feet and remove the problem of itching.

How to use: Put lukewarm water in a tub and add salt to it. Now put the legs in it for 10-15 minutes and leave it and then wipe it with a towel. Do this process 3-4 times a week.

Curd

Good bacteria present in the curd, which fixes the infection and removes the fungus.

How to use: Apply yoghurt on the affected area and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash and clean it with towels. Repeat this process twice a day.

Vinegar

Vinegar contains antiseptic which removes fungal infections and also absorbs moisturizer.

How to use: Take lukewarm water in the tub and add 1 teaspoon vinegar and leave the legs in it for 15 minutes. Then clean it with the towel. Repeat this process 2 times a week for better results.

Garlic

Garlic has anti-inflammatory properties which reduce swelling and infections of the feet.

How to use: Make a paste of garlic and add 3-4 spoon olive oil in it. Put this mixture on the affected area and leave for 30 minutes. Now wash the feet with anti-fungal soap, then clean it with towels. Make this process daily.

You can take help of some easy home remedies to remove itching from feet, as it does not damage the feet.
