Nutmeg or Jaiphal helps to cleanse the skin to give younger looking and glowing skin. For this, we need to add 1 tsp. of nutmeg in 2 tbsp. of milk. Mix them well to make a paste. Now apply this on the face and wash your face after 20 minutes. Nutmeg helps to rejuvenate the skin and milk makes the skin supple.

Removes excess oil from the skin

Adding few drops of honey to the nutmeg powder helps to get rid of excess oil from the skin. It even prevents acne and pimples due to the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of the both. It even helps to prevent the excess secretion of sebum on the skin. Mix the ingredients well and apply on the face. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

Reduces skin pigmentation

Add nutmeg powder, yoghurt and lemon juice in a bowl and apply this paste to your face. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off with cold water. This paste helps to reduce skin pigmentation and reduces the dark spots.

Helps to exfoliate the skin

Add a pinch of baking soda, honey and nutmeg powder in a bowl. Add some lemon juice and clove oil to it. Make a paste and apply it to your skin. This will help to exfoliate the skin by removing the dead skin cells. Apply the paste and massage it for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with cold water.
