So, to use this, you have to take some slices of ginger and add one cup of water and one spoon of honey into it. Boil all these in a bigger bowl. Now strain the water and consume it like a tea.

Cinnamon:

Cinnamon has a lot of health benefits, but above of all, it gives a quick relief from body ache naturally. It has a high amount of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and healing properties. So, to use this, you have to mix a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of warm water. Mix well and add one tablespoon of honey to it. Now consume this drink daily to have a pain-free life. 

Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar helps you to get rid of body pain as it has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. So, to use this, you have to mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. After mixing them well add some honey and consume it. You can even soak your body in some apple cider vinegar water.

Banana:

Banana makes your body muscles relaxed and provides a lot of potassium. Body pain happens mostly because of the deficiency of potassium. So, consuming 2-3 bananas in a day can help you to get rid of body ache.

Epsom salt:

Epsom salt is great when it comes to muscles relaxation. It has magnesium, which is known for its exceptional anti-inflammatory properties. So, to use this, you have to add a cup of Epsom salt to a bathtub full of water. It will be great if you can manage some lukewarm water. Soak your body for 20 minutes and get relief from the muscle pain, cramp aches instantly.
