Coimbatore: In view of the National Farmers’ Day and AgriTech Manifest 2022, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, TNAU, Coimbatore organized a technology demonstration program for the benefit of farmers on December 23.
Around 45 farmers (25 female, 20 male) from Annur, Devarayapuram attended the farmers’ interaction meet and visited the workshops of Agricultural Engineering College where Scientists demonstrated the latest agricultural engineering technologies and facilities.
Tree saplings were distributed to the farmers signifying the importance of preserving and protecting the environment.
