Coimbatore: Tamil Mandram (Association) function was held at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College (SKASC), Coimbatore. Poet and Debate speaker J.Arulprakash was the Chief Guest and initiated the Tamil Association activities, Also addressed the audience.

He said that “always speak in mother tongue at home and in public places. If necessary we can speak in the other languages, otherwise, we should always use the mother tongue for all kinds of communications. There is nothing wrong with speaking in vernacular language. Tamil is the pioneer language in the world.
Except mother tongues, other languages are languages which help the public in career & business purposes. But Tamil is the language used for all living purposes. Problem is the communication, not the language. To attain anything in our life, language helps a person to reach that. He asked all the students to develop multiple skills. Involving in Tamil Mandram activities, we can improve various kinds of skills, he said.
