The feature includes Apple Pay Cash, a kind of digital debit card that allows users to send and receive money via iMessage. That money is received onto the Apple Pay Cash card in Apple Wallet, and users have access to that money instantly. It’s comparable to other peer-to-peer money transfer apps like Venmo, Square Cash, Zelle, or similar features on Google and Facebook Messenger.
AirPlay 2, which Apple announced back at WWDC in June, also arrives with iOS 11, but you might not be able to take full advantage immediately as many speakers won’t have a software update that allows them to support the new multi-room functionality. You may need to buy all-new speakers to fully use AirPlay 2.
