Huawei Mate 10 internally codenamed as Marcel

The Huawei Mate 10 is internally codenamed as Marcel. This was revealed by the usually reliable tipster @evleaks in a tweet sent out this past weekend.

The Chinese company also outed a teaser image recently. The image in question revealed October 16 as the unveiling date for their upcoming smartphone, which is likely to be the Mate 10.

The device will come with a vertically-aligned dual-rear camera setup, and an edge-to-edge screen. There'll also be a Pro version of the phone. For all Mate 10/Mate 10 Pro-related coverage so far here at GSMArena, head here.
