The Tamil Nadu Government and the district administration have been organizing vaccination camps and drives to administer vaccinations against Covid-19. Several phases have been conducted and 85-90% of the people have been inoculated with the first dose. 1,73.914 people are eligible for their second jabs.
The persons who have administered Covishield shall get their second dosage of the vaccine after 84 days of their first dose. The time gap between the two doses of Covaxin is 28 days.
Studies state those who have received both the jabs of vaccines are less susceptible to the virus ill effects and the mortality rates are none. Doctors have conveyed that there are no diet restrictions for those getting the vaccines.
