Allottees can pay pending dues in August to obtain sale deeds for houses provided by Housing Board

Coimbatore : The Coimbatore Housing Board Department Executive Engineer and Administration Officer, S Karikalan announced that the allottees under the Coimbatore Housing Board Department can pay their remaining dues and obtain the sale deeds for their houses.

Coimbatore : The Coimbatore Housing Board Department Executive Engineer and Administration Officer, S Karikalan announced that the allottees under the Coimbatore Housing Board Department can pay their remaining dues and obtain the sale deeds for their houses.

S Karikalan stated in a press release that allottees under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and the Coimbatore Housing Department can pay their remaining dues adjusted to the GO 104 released on 15.06.2017 for discounted interests and receive their sale deeds.

A special camp has been arranged in the Coimbatore Housing Board Office on a rotational basis for two days in a week to immediately provide sale deeds, as and when dues are paid. Thursdays and Fridays in August have been marked for the process in different areas of the city. During the first week of August, areas like Ganapathy and Kalapatti for all schemes will be covered, and during the second week, Periyanaickenpalayam, Vellakinar, Veerakeralam and Idayarplayam (Anna Nagar) and Sowripalayam will be covered. The Muthapaliyam area is to be covered during the third week of the month, while Tatabad Housing Unit, Kurichi, Kovai Pudur, Ponnaihrajapuram, Coonoor, Seeranaickenpalayam, Mettupalayam, Pollachi, Udumalaipettai, Tirupur's Velampalayam and Puthunagar, Sevoor, Singanallur SIHS Colony near Upplipalayam Uzhavar Santhai, 109 Uppilipalayam, Palladam and all other areas will be covered during the fourth week of August.

 

The Coimbatore Housing Board Department Executive Engineer and Administration Officer, S Karikalan has urged all allottees to avail of the opportunity to get their sale deeds. The documents required for applying for the sale deed include original copies of the application form, allotment order, payment receipts, blueprint, EC from the date of allotment, Aadhaar, Pan Card and address proof. The pending amount can be paid through cheque or RTGS at the office. The acknowledgement of the payment can be received on the spot and issuing of the sale deed will proceed as per the rotational schedule stated above.
