TNAU to host two-day training on 'Novel Bakery Products' at its campus in Coimbatore on Dec. 21, 22

Novel Bakery Products are gaining popularity due to its preparation convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. It is expected that the growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment.


Coimbatore: A two-day training program on 'Novel Bakery Products' will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) campus in Coimbatore on December 21 and 22.

Novel Bakery Products are gaining popularity due to its preparation convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment, and hence the training has been organised with an aim to develop skilled entrepreneurs.

The training will cover the following aspects:

* Variety of breads

* Cake and Biscuit varieties

* Puffs, Cutlet and Samosa

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770 in person on the first day of training.
