How to prevent and remove sweat stains

Sweat stains are a reality for most of us. The yellowish tinge around your armpits is a result of the stain. Not only are they ugly, but they are time-consuming too when you set about to remove them. Best is to prevent them from happening and if they still are a bother try these tricks.

* Try to wear an undershirt which will absorb the sweat and keep your outer clothes beautiful.

* If you use a roll-on deodorant, allow it to dry completely before you wear your clothes.

* You can also opt for deos with less of aluminium content.

* Try to remove the stain when it is still fresh, since removing a dried stain is a tedious task.

* While removing the stain at home, use cold or warm water and avoid hot water since it sets the stain more.
