Over 1300 students from various under-graduate and post-graduate departments, including B.A. English, BBA, CDF, Physics, Maths, Psychology, Visual Communication, Commerce, B.Com PA, B.Com CA, B.Com BPS, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, etc received their degree certificates.
Coimbatore: Rathinam College of Arts and Science organised the 19 th Graduation Day on May 13, 2023, at 10 a.m. in Rathinam auditorium. In this astonishing graduation ceremony, students of the 2020–2021 batch received their Graduation Certificate.

The celebrations started with the academic procession of the dignitaries: Dr. R. Manickam, Secretary & CEO, Rathinam Group of Institutions;Karunakaran Vinayagam, Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Genpact, Bangalore; Dr. S. Balasubramanian, Principal, Rathinam College of Arts and Science; Deans and Heads of various departments were ushered, to the accompaniment of the college band, into the venue of the function.

The dignitaries adorned the dais, and after the customary invocation song and lamp lighting, the principal welcomed all the dignitaries, invitees, parents, faculty, and graduands. Dr. R. Manickam, Secretary and CEO, Rathinam Group of Institutions, felicitated the guest with bouquets, garland, and mementos, and introduced him to the gathering, and declared the graduation day opened. In his presidential address, he congratulated the graduands, and he stated that the education system should not be based on the marks scored by the student rather it should be innovation, employment, and entrepreneurship-oriented.
In his address, the Chief Guest, Karunakaran Vinayagam, pointed out that learning is a continuous process that requires the hard work and dedication of teachers in shaping the graduates as responsible citizens of the country. Rathinam College of Arts and Science is also maintaining high standards in education and helping to mould the young graduates into members of society. He also mentioned the future of AI in information technology fields and how the students have to improve their personal knowledge to compete with AI.
