Ecofest ’23, an international conference on 'Energy Transition and Climate Neutrality' was organized by the students of B.Tech (Energy and Environmental Engineering) at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) campus in Coimbatore.
Coimbaore: An international conference on 'Energy Transition and Climate Neutrality' - Ecofest '23 was organized on Monday by the students of B.Tech (Energy and Environmental Engineering) at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore.

M Prathap, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Commissioner presided over the inaugural function along with Dr. V Geethalakshmi, Vice-Chancellor of TNAU, Coimbatore.

The Vice-Chancellor expressed her views on the importance of Energy Transition and Climate Neutrality.

The inaugural session had four guest speakers from various fields and places.

The souvenir of the event was released by the Commissioner and Vice-Chancellor. Students' innovative decoration with art from waste and the products used for the conference displayed eco-friendly and sustainable initiatives.
Dr. K Aruna Devi, Assistant Professor (SWCE), Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Dr. A Raviraj, Dean (Engg.) and other invited delegates were part of the conference.
