"Parents are instrumental to the children's development. Keenly listen and observe the story told by the grandparents in childhood. Later, the story of our grandparents may change our lives.Even we can fix our life vision from the story of the grandparents. Be a spark in society. Respect parents always. Knowledge, skill and attitude are mostly required by the industry. Attitude is one thing that the industry expects primarily from people because attitude can change anything, positively. Industry expects certain values and culture from people. Those doing extraordinary work in the industry are changing the industry topnotch. Do not think that any job is small.
Any job you take up, do simply with honesty and when you do with complete involvement, you will get outstanding results. Live and work with curiosity. When you work in any industry, never focus on compensation, focus on development. You cannot win the race by just getting compensation, but by developing in all aspects, you can win in the industry and in life.A better idea can change the entire life of family and organization. Find out a good idea and apply it for overall development," exhoreted S V Nathan, the Chief Guest at the ceremony.
Commenting on education, S V Nathan said, "Education is base one to get a job, but beyond education, apply your mind in the working organization. Take a role model like Sundar Pitchai. Apply the best practices of the winners in the world. Educational institutions play a vital role in grooming a student. Each one of us need not be rank holders. The best performers in the organizations are very ordinary people, not the rank holders, always."
S V Nathan highlighted the importance of humanitarianism saying, "Serve somebody else in your life. Salvation can be achieved only by serving somebody else who really needs certain things. While you live for yourself, your family, live also for the needy person in the society."
He also emphasised the value of culture which ensures one always showed up, and spoke up. Also build up, for every day you can learn new things. When you need people around you, establish good rapport with them. The first thing people expect from you is basic etiquette, value, culture and ethics. In order to live, we have to lose certain things, many times you want to get something, you have to lose certain things. It is the nature of life. Finally he concluded, "In all that we do, see the unseen, hear the unheard, say things not spoken by anybody.
