Corporation Commissioner Prathap inaugurated the inaugural function for the first year engineering students held at the Regional Campus of Anna University, Coimbatore, Maruthamalai and gave instructions.
Coimbatore: In the current academic year, classes for five undergraduate engineering courses - B.Tech. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, B.E. Computer Science, B.E. Information Communication, B.E. Electrical Engineering and B.E. Mechanical Engineering - will be started at the Coimbatore Regional Campus of Anna University located at Maruthamalai near Vadavalli.

Speaking on the occasion, he spoke about the Tamil Nadu government's scheme of "Naan mudhalvan" which will guide the students to develop their individuality along with traditional educational systems. through this, tens of thousands of students are undergoing training, he said. Prathap also expressed confidence that the next 25 years will be years for india on the world stage.
The agenda, which will continue till the 25th, will be presented from a multi-faceted perspective, highlighting the various dimensions of today's technological age. Eminent speakers and experts from Tamil Nadu will participate in it and give students a glimpse of the fields ranging from technology to ecology.

Mahalakshmi and professors, administrative officers, students and parents of the Regional Campus were present on the occasion.
