Coimbatore: The Mechanical Engineering Department at Karpagam College of Engineering, organised a two days bootcamp on 20 & 21 September 2022, for the students under the project “Naan Mudhalvan†introduced by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, under which Autodesk India Pvt. Ltd. conducted Fusion design challenge using “Autodesk Fusion 360†software.

Dr. P. Vijayakumar, Principal inaugurated the bootcamp session, Dr. C. Krishnaraj, HoD/Mechanical, presided the session and encouraged all the students to solve the design challenge problem statements quoted for the event.

Rohit Chandran & Prasath. V, Education Engagement Specialist from Autodesk India Pvt. Ltd, headed the session and trained more than 80 teams to solve the design challenge.

Best teams were awarded and encouraged to solve all the upcoming design challenge problem statements. The session was Co-ordinated by Chitharthan and R.A. Hari Baalaaji, Assistant Professor/Mechanical Engineering.
