Tirupur: Information Minister M.P. Swaminathan inaugurated the 'Dream College' (Kanavu Kalloori) guidance programme on behalf of the School Education Department in Tiruppur.

The school education department organized a guidance programme titled 'Naan Mudhalvan' at Jaivabai Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Royapuram, Tiruppur today.
State Information Minister M P Swaminathan lit the lamp and inaugurated a programme to guide students who have completed Class XII in 2021-22 to opt for higher education and choose higher education as per their individual capacity.

More than 1,000 students from different parts of Tiruppur district participated in the event. Speaking on the occasion, the Information Minister said that the Government of Tamil Nadu has provided various facilities to the students and paved the way for them to opt for higher education without any hassle and urged the students to take a higher path with the sole aim of education.
On the occasion, stalls belonging to various colleges and stalls of banks were also set up to create awareness about availing educational loans.
