Coimbatore: The faculty and students of the Computer Science and Technology Department of Karpagam College of Engineering organized the CST Association Inaugural Function on April 28.
The event commenced with an invocation and lighting of the lamp.

Saravanakumar Elango, Tech Lead, Legato Health Technologies was the Chief Guest at the function.
Dr. V Rajeswari, HoD of Computer Science and Technology, welcomed the Chief Guest, the Principal Dr. P Vijayakumar, Deans, Directors, Heads of various departments, the faculty of CST Department, and all the students.
Saravanakumar Elango in his address to the gathering highlighted the attributes that he felt were necessary for a budding engineer, like Time Management, Character, Technical Capability and Multi-Disciplinary Skills. Dr. P Vijayakumar briefed the gathering about the soft skills and technical skills required for the engineering students and wished everyone the best for the future.
