An MoU was signed between Dr Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology and PLM Engineering India, to bring the first ever Manufacturing Life Cycle Management Technical Laboratory and Model in South India.

On this occasion Dr. M. Manickam, President of the College Director, Cape Mini, Rangaraj Sivakumar, Secretary, NIA Educational Institutions C. Ramaswamy and Students of MCED College participated.
The College Principal of the college, Manickam, inaugurated the ceremony and speaking on the occasion, stated that 33 students studying Mechanical, Automobile Professional and Mechatronics were placed in PLM with an annual CTC of 4 lakhs through this MoU 2022. The training for employment under the MBSE is under way and added that Cape Mini has partnership with 50 countries across the world and it has a large number of technology vendors. He added that Cape Mini has the resources and expertise to quickly adapt to customer needs built latent.
More than 100 students in the field of mechanics and automotive departments are given training and employment through PLM & MBSE every year.
