36,000 people applied online to study in TNAU and affiliated colleges until yesterday

Coimbatore: Applications were invited online from the 8th for admission of undergraduate students for agricultural studies.

As of yesterday, 36,000 applications to study at the TNAU had been posted online, Dean said. So far, 36,000 applications have been submitted online for the admission of undergraduate students under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

Under the TNAU, there are 14 member colleges and 28 affiliated colleges. Of these, 11 undergraduate degrees are awarded. According to the Government of Tamil Nadu, four new colleges will be added to the Tamil Way course and an additional 350 students will have the opportunity to study in government colleges. Applications have been received online since last 8th. As of yesterday, 36,000 students had submitted applications. According to the university, more applications have been received compared to last year.

Dean Kalyanasundaram said, “At the same time last year, 30,000 people had applied. Currently, 36 thousand applications have been received. Applications can be submitted until Oct. 7. The ranking list will be released on Oct. 18. Four new colleges, Tamil way courses We are ready to implement the government's order in action. In addition, 350 seats will be included in the consultation. The announcement for the diploma will be made in a week, '' he said.
