TNAU management has now postponed the interview which was scheduled to happen today. The interview provides administration staffs with promotion based on their performance.
Staffs were previously given promotion based on their work performance. But the university management made a new policy which asked proofs regarding work details during tenure and performance report for sanctioning promotion.
Many raised concerns and the non teaching staffs at TNAU condemned the management against their new policy.
Due to this the TNAU administration has decided to temporarily stop the interviews which grants promotion based on work performance which was scheduled to happen today.
