The relatives of siblings Salman (19) and Bhanu (16) of Masjid Nagar in Ukkadam, who had died due to electrocution refused to accept the body of the teenagers from Government Medical college Hospital, demanding solatium for the untimely death of the youngsters.
However, Revenue officials including RDO Chinnasamy held talks with the relatives and promised to get them a maxium solatium amount.
It is said that the kins of the deceased duo had demanded Rs.3 lakh each for the two teenagers who have died due to electrocution, when it rained in Ukkadam area yesterday.
