As the South West monsoon has intensified many of parts of Coimbatore are receiving heavy to moderate rains from this morning. While the rains are drenching the suburban areas including Perur, Pachampalayam and other parts abetting the Western Ghats modest rainfall is slashing in Selvapuram.
Thondmuthur is also getting a modest rainfall and the spate of rains have brought cheers to the city dwellers as it gave respite from heat condition, which prevailed for over a month.
